What It Is

The CX5 Performance Certificate is a professional credential awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CX5 Individual Certification Course and pass the final assessment with a qualifying score. It recognizes the holder as a certified customer experience professional trained in the HEAT Method.

How to Earn It

  1. Enroll in the CX5 Individual Certification Course
  2. Complete all course modules and training materials
  3. Complete the practice scenarios and self-assessments
  4. Pass the final exam with a qualifying score
  5. Receive your official CX5 Performance Certificate

CX5 Performance Academy is currently in an active pilot with HVAC companies. Pilot program participants do not receive certification or the CX5 Certified Team designation during the pilot phase.

However, pilot participants will be among the first eligible for both when the full commercial program launches — and their feedback is directly shaping what that program looks like.
